Cookie Policy

1. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies — pixels, tags, local storage, and software development kits (SDKs) — work in similar ways. This Policy explains which we use and your choices. It supplements our Privacy Policy (torismic.com/privacy).

2. Where We Use Them

• Marketing website (torismic.com): strictly necessary and preferences technologies, plus analytics and advertising technologies only if you opt in, as described below.
• Merchant dashboard, POS, Partner dashboard, and customer app: strictly necessary technologies (authentication, security, session) and first-party product analytics only. We do not place advertising pixels or third-party session-replay tools in these logged-in areas.

4. Your Choices

• Cookie settings: use the "Cookie Settings" link in the website footer to turn analytics and advertising technologies on (opt in) or off at any time; they are off unless you opt in.
• Do Not Sell or Share: use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" footer link (torismic.com/privacy-choices) to opt out of advertising "sharing."
• Global Privacy Control (GPC): we honor GPC signals as an opt-out of sale/sharing for the browser or device sending them, without requiring further action.
• Browser controls: you can block or delete cookies in your browser (some site features may stop working).
• Industry opt-outs: industry self-regulatory opt-out programs for interest-based advertising, and each advertising platform's own ad settings.

5. Do Not Track

Browsers' "Do Not Track" signals have no common standard, so we do not respond to them. We do honor GPC (Section 4).

6. Changes

We will update this Policy when our tools change and post the new "Last Updated" date.
